This Fabtech K2371 6" lift kit for the Ford F150 is an awesome suspension upgrade for your truck to fit up to 37 inch diameter tires for an aggressive off-road look.  

Using a combination of heavy duty crossmember members, extended lenght ductile iron steering knuckles, triple mount differential mounts, upper coilover spacers and a heavy duty front differential skid plate to properly lift the vehicle while keep the proper OEM geometry angles along with zero bump steer.

The rear is lifted using 5" axle blocks that replace the factory 2" blocks and level the vehicle.

Choose your rear shocks...either Fabtech Performance hydraulic shocks or Fabtech Stealth monotube shocks.
