3.5" 2019-2025 Dodge Ram 3500 4wd (w/Diesel Engine) Pathfinder Lift System by Carli Suspension

The 3" Pathfinder 2.5 System (CS-D3-PF-1319-D) is engineered for Ram 3500 Diesel 4WD owners who want exceptional on-road comfort with confident light-to-moderate off-road capability. Positioned between Carli’s Backcountry and Pintop systems, the Pathfinder delivers a smooth, controlled ride that shines in daily driving while still performing when the pavement ends.

This base system lifts the front approximately 3"–3.5" (cab-dependent) using Carli linear-rate coil springs, increasing suspension travel by roughly 50% over stock. Matched Carli-SPEC 2.5" remote reservoir shocks provide excellent heat management, consistent damping, and long service intervals thanks to their hard-anodized aluminum bodies and high-performance internal valving.

To maintain proper suspension geometry and steering feel, the system includes radius arm drop brackets and an adjustable front track bar to recenter the axle at ride height. Bump stop drops and an extended hardware crossmember kit ensure all components operate within their intended travel range for long-term reliability.

Notes: Not compatible with factory auto-leveling air assist suspension. Wheel and tire fitment depends on offset and backspacing; an 18" wheel is recommended for optimal ride quality.

Optional Upgrades - While not required, Carli Suspension offers additional components to further enhance ride quality and / or performance of this leveling system. These can be found in the options above.

Required Sway Bar Selection - While Carli does not include a front sway bar correction in this kit it is required to install this lift kit properly. The billet aluminum drop bracket kit works great as a more economical solution. However, for truck owners wanting a HUGE improvement in ride quality the Carli Torsion Sway Bar is your solution and is an amazing upgrade. Designed to allow the front suspension to move more freely without giving up control.
