The Pathfinder Suspension System (CS-DLVL-PF-19-D-3500) is engineered for Ram 3500 owners who prioritize exceptional on-road comfort while retaining confident performance for light to moderate off-road use. Positioned between Carli’s Backcountry and Pintop systems, the Pathfinder delivers a controlled, predictable ride that excels in daily driving without sacrificing durability.

On pavement, the Pathfinder truly stands out—absorbing small and medium imperfections with ease to create a supple, composed ride that doesn’t require aggressive driving to appreciate. Off the pavement, it remains stable and predictable on dirt roads, trails, and uneven terrain, making it an ideal solution for trucks that see real-world use beyond the highway.

This system features Carli-SPEC 2.5” aluminum-bodied remote-reservoir shocks with a hard-anodized finish for superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability. With 55% more piston surface area than 2.0” shocks, these dampers provide improved heat dissipation, consistent damping, and extended service intervals. Premium internal shock oil resists fade under spirited driving, delivering smooth, reliable performance across a wide range of conditions.

An adjustable front track bar is included to properly recenter the axle at the increased ride height, while Carli reservoir mounts position the 10” remote reservoirs cleanly over the front tires. Designed to maintain payload and hauling capability, this system offers minimal lift with maximum ride refinement—making it a standout choice for daily-driven Ram 3500s.

Note: This system is tuned specifically for Ram 3500 trucks equipped with rear leaf springs. It is not compatible with factory rear auto-leveling air suspension.
